Y.O.G.A. is Fitness
I wanted to create a new program that was reflective of my background, education, experience, and core values. The Yoga is Fitness program goes back to my movement and athletic roots, while incorporating the benefits of my yoga training and experience. The Yoga is Fitness program supports the adventure that Y.O.G.A. offers for everyone, with the intention of building physical and mental strength, flexibility, and resilience. Each participant’s spirit and soul are called upon to accept the challenges offered in this program with a positive and loving presence.
The weekly yoga practice will offer a variety of yoga and fitness, including the popular “Free Flow”, Yin, Hatha, Meditation and Breathwork.

Membership
6 month Membership - $60.00
Support your yoga practice with a Y.O.G.A. membership. Your membership offers member pricing for programs, workshops, “Yoga your Way” sessions and events. Also
included in this membership is the "Yoga is Fitness” Video Series – 6 – 20 - 40-minute videos that offer a variety of time efficient Yoga practices designed to support your physical and mental fitness.

4 Week Y.O.G.A. is Fitness Challenge
4 week sessions on Monday’s (7:00 – 8:15pm)
Session price: $40.00 (member) $45.00(non-member)
This Winter Session will begin with a 4-week Yoga Challenge to kick start your new year. This challenge will ease you back into your regular practice and progress in intensity with a few surprises through the 4 weeks.
Beginning Monday, January 22 – February 12, 2024
* You can always join a class. Fees will be prorated to reflect the number sessions available.
8 Week Y.O.G.A. is Fitness Maintenance
8 week sessions on Monday’s (7:00 – 8:15pm)
Session price: $80.00 (member), $90.00 (non-member)
The 8-week session will help you maintain and continue to build upon your challenge progress.
Beginning Monday, March 4 – April 22, 2024

Y.O.G.A. Your Way
1-6 participants - $50.00/session
7 + participants - $75.00/ session
Personal and small group yoga and meditation sessions are available upon request in person or on Zoom. To schedule your personal session, please email Joan - joanradford@shaw.ca
